Here at 4x4 Development we can undertake any Land Rover servicing from 1948 to present day, as we are fully trained in modern day vehicles and their diagnostic systems.


All modern vehicles are serviced as per Land Rover Standards and older vehicles can be serviced to the highest standard while being tailored to each customers requirements/budget.


Servicing of Vehicles in Warranty

It is not a commonly known fact that vehicles that are within their 3 year warranty can still be serviced in our workshop without voiding their warranty.


The only condition of this is that the vehicle must be fitted with genuine Land Rover Service Parts and be carried out by adequately trained technicians.  The only  Land Rover condition to this is that any Warranty Work must be carried out by an authorised Land Rover dealership.  In these cases we work closely with our local dealership.

Diagnostic Equipment

Here at 4x4 Development we pride ourselves on our diagnostic abilities. Backing that up we have JLR Diagnostic platorms of SDD and Pathfindinder, we also run 2 Autologic machines and for non JLR we have Autocom.


All these systems allows us to look after your vehicle and its requirements as if it was in a main dealer.


We are also linked into the main dealer support network with JLR Topix for technical information and Microcat for parts information.

4 Wheel Alignment

4x4 Development have the facility of its own 4 Wheel Alignment Equipment.  This enables major suspension repairs, vehicle tracking to enable the customer to get the most out of their vehicle and their tyres.

Vehicle Preparation

Over the years we have been asked to prepare vehicles for various expedition type travels.  Although this is not a main part of our business, we are able to facilitate any requirements that you may have.
